A Tradition of Tough Litigation: Celebrating 100 Years of Client-Focused Service
“In our practice, a client with a traffic ticket is as important as a person we’re representing on a murder charge,” says Michael Eubanks, managing partner at the general litigation firm Shumate, Flaherty, Eubanks & Baechtold.
The Snapped episode chronicles the events which led up to Christina Marcum and Jason Singleton being charged in the death of Angela Frazier Singleton, whose dismembered body was found in Madison County, Kentucky, shortly after she was reported missing. Michael Eubanks and James Baechtold represented Jason Singleton, and through their representation, secured a plea to Complicity to Commit Murder, twenty (20) years, the minimum sentence that could be imposed.
